学生証・職員証による連携アカウント / Account linked to student/staff ID card†

学生証・職員証のカード発行や有効期限切れなどの情報と連携して、自動でアカウントが作成・停止されます。
Accounts are automatically created and deactivated in synchronization with student and staff ID card issuance information and expiration dates.

なお、「学生証」所有者のうち、科目等履修生・特別聴講学生については、授業担当教員から講義利用についての申請が必要になります。詳細は個別ページをご覧ください。

パスワードの設定・変更・再設定方法 / How to set, change or reset your password†

利用開始する、利用中にパスワードを忘れた、などパスワードを設定したい場合は東工大ポータルで行います。
If you want to set a password for starting to use the service, forgetting your password while using the service, etc., you can do so at the Tokyo Tech Portal.

学内のネットワーク環境(キャンパス無線LAN含む)から東工大ポータルにログインする必要があります。~
To set, change, or reset your password, you must log in to the Tokyo Tech Portal from the ''campus network'' including campus wireless LAN.

マトリクス/OTP/ソフトトークン認証を選ぶ
Choose "Matrix / OTP / Soft Token Auth"
- 初期パスワードは学生証と一緒に配布されています
  Your initial password for Tokyo Tech portal is written in the envelope of your student ID
ポータル設定メニューの中の姓名読み登録を選択し、指示に従って氏名を登録する(まだやってない場合)
Choose "Name Registration" under "Portal Settings" and register your name (If you have not done this yet)
各種情報サービスの中の教育用電子計算機システム：[学内専用] を選択し、指示に従ってパスワードを設定する
Choose "Education Computer Systems：[internal]" under "General Information Services" and set your password for Educational Computer System
Ctrl と Alt を押しながら Delete キーを押し、この画面から抜ける
Keep pressing Ctrl and Alt, and then press Delete to exit from this screen
- ログイン画面やシャットダウン時に「まだ他のユーザーがこのPCを使っています。」で始まるメッセージが出ることがありますが、利用に支障はなく、失われるデータはありませんので無視してください。
  A notice starting with "まだ他のユーザーがこのPCを使っています。" might appear on log-in or shutdown screens, but you can safely ignore it.

"ログインID"は、学生は学籍番号、教職員はmアドレスのアットマークより前の文字列をドットからハイフンに変えたものになります。
The Login ID for a student is the student ID number for students. The Login ID for faculty and staff is the string of characters before the "at" mark in the m-address for faculty and staff, replaced by dots to hyphens.

ゲストアカウント / Guest Account†

臨時の授業や講習会等で、GSICが必要と判断した場合にのみ、ゲストアカウントを発行します。お問い合わせからご相談ください。
Guest accounts will be issued only when GSIC approves the guest account for occasional classes or workshops.

利用者によるゲストアカウントのパスワードの変更は出来ません。
